  • What are the best ways to support your treatments?

95% of diseases are acquired through lifestyle and mindset. To help support your treatments you need to stay hydrated, drink water. Nutrition is important, eat “real food” natural, organic, minimally processed. Exercise, take at least 30 minutes out of your day. If you are unable to exercise for 30 minutes, try three 10-minute sessions each day. Sleep is important for the body, during sleep your body starts certain healing processes.

Depending on your age and activity, the average person needs 6-8 hrs. of sleep. Meditation or just sitting quietly in a comfortable space is important, it can calm the body and clear the mind, so the body has a chance to reset.

  • What is Bioenergetics?

Bioenergetics is the study, detection, and correction of energy in living systems.

    Bioenergetics and the mitochondria

When it comes to health, bioenergetics goes beyond chemistry to look more deeply into root causes by exploring energy and the energy fields that control it. This gives us insights into where the body needs support so we can work to correct it rather than just suppressing symptoms.

  • What is a BioScan?

A BioScan scans the body in a matter of seconds and returns a detailed overview of your Body-Field.

The scan can pinpoint the distortions in cellular information, giving you clear instructions to support your health starting at the very root.

  • What is StemWave?

Without getting too technical, StemWave is an FDA-listed medical device that utilizes harmless, yet powerful acoustic waves to activate the body's natural healing mechanisms. This non-invasive treatment option was designed to help patients dealing with musculoskeletal conditions related to pain and inflammation.

  • Does StemWave treatment hurt?

When we are trying to identify damaged tissue or inflammation, we will move the treatment source around the injured area. When the waves from the treatment source penetrate healthy tissue, you won't feel much of anything. However, when the waves hit damaged tissue, you will experience manageable pain or discomfort- but not of an intensity that requires numbing cream or anesthetic.

Can You Exercise After StemWave Therapy?

StemWave therapy has become one of the most popular treatments for muscle, tendon, and joint injuries — especially among athletes and active individuals. It helps relieve pain, stimulate healing, and speed up recovery.

But one common question remains:
Can you exercise after StemWave therapy?

The short answer: Yes — but with caution.

Let’s take a closer look at what happens after treatment, how your body responds, and how to safely return to physical activity.

1. Understanding How StemWave Therapy Works

StemWave therapy uses high-energy acoustic waves to stimulate cellular activity and improve blood flow in injured tissues. It helps trigger natural healing responses, breaking down calcified deposits, increasing blood flow and collagen production, as well as promoting tissue regeneration.

There are two main types of shockwave therapy:

  • Unfocused Shockwave – spreads energy over a larger area, good for muscle tension, tendinitis, and general pain management.
  • Focused Shockwave (StemWave) – delivers energy to a specific depth, perfect for treating chronic musculoskeletal conditions.

After treatment, your body begins a controlled inflammatory process, which is essential for healing. This means the tissues need some recovery time before resuming intense activity.

2. What Happens to Your Body After StemWave Therapy

It’s normal to feel mild soreness or tenderness around the treated area for 24–48 hours. This does not mean the treatment caused harm — it indicates that your body has started repairing itself.

During this time, your cells are regenerating, blood circulation is improving, and the tissue structure is being restored. Engaging in high-intensity exercise too soon can interfere with this healing phase and reduce the overall effectiveness of therapy.

3. So, Can You Exercise After StemWave Therapy?

Yes, you can — but timing and intensity matter.

Here’s a simple rule:

  • Avoid strenuous exercise or heavy training for 72 hours after each session.
  • Gentle movement, such as walking or stretching, is not only safe but can help promote circulation and recovery.

Think of your treatment as a "reset button."
You’re giving your body new energy to rebuild — but like any rebuilding process, it needs rest before stress.

4. Post-Treatment Activity Guidelines

Time After Therapy What You Can Do What to Avoid
0–24 Hours Rest, gentle walking, hydration Running, weightlifting, or vigorous training
24–48 Hours Light stretching, yoga, normal daily activity High-impact sports or strength training
48+ Hours Gradually return to exercise as pain allows Avoid movements that cause discomfort

Always follow your practitioner's personalized guidance — they may adjust your exercise plan depending on your injury and recovery stage.

5. When Exercise Can Actually Help

Once the initial soreness fades, light exercise can actually enhance the benefits of StemWave therapy. Movement increases blood flow, strengthens healing tissues, and helps maintain flexibility.

Safe options include:

  • Low-resistance cycling
  • Gentle swimming
  • Controlled stretching or balance exercises
  • Low-impact rehabilitation training

The key is moderation — exercising with your recovery, not against it.

6. When To Avoid Exercise After Treatment

Even though StemWave therapy is safe and non-invasive, pushing your limits too soon can delay healing.

You should
pause or postpone exercise if you experience:

  • Significant pain or swelling in the treated area
  • Persistent redness or inflammation in the treated area
  • New or different pain in the treated area

These signs indicate your body still needs time to adapt to the treatment’s effects.

7. Long-Term Benefits: Combining StemWave Therapy and Exercise

When used correctly, StemWave therapy and exercise complement each other beautifully. StemWave therapy reactivates healing in tissues that have stopped responding to normal recovery — while exercise strengthens those same tissues, preventing the problem from coming back.

This is why many sports medicine clinics use shockwave therapy as part of an active rehabilitation plan, rather than as a stand-alone treatment.

8. Conclusion — Balance Is Key

You can exercise after StemWave therapy — just give your body the rest it needs first. Avoid high-intensity activity for at least 72 hours, listen to your body, and follow your therapist’s advice.

With proper timing and guidance, StemWave therapy and exercise together can help you rebuild strength, restore mobility, and stay pain-free for the long term.

  • Is Pulse Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) therapy safe?

Pulse Electromagnetic Fields is a noninvasive, safe, and effective physical therapy, with no significant side effects.

Introduced in 2011 by Dr. Oz as a revolutionary cure for pain, PEMF Therapy is a practical and cost-effective solution for addressing and resolving various health problems associated with pain.

  • Are there any situations when Pulse Electromagnetic Fields (PEMF) should not be used?

Don't receive PEMF treatment if you have the following:

    • Pacemaker
    • Implanted pumps or electrical implants that sustain life
    • Immune suppression medications to prevent organ rejection
    • Pregnant

Make sure to discuss any of these concerns with your practitioner before treatment.

  • What is red light laser therapy (photobiomodulation)?

Photobiomodulation is light being effectively absorbed at a cellular level and stimulating a chemical chain reaction freeing up nitric oxide (NO) and producing adenosine triphosphate (ATP), the cell’s energy source.

ATP fuels numerous metabolic processes including rebuilding, repairing, and regenerating tissue. The release of NO acts as a vasodilator leading to reduced inflammation.

  • Are there any situations when red light laser therapy should not be used?

    • If you take photosensitive medications don't use any photobiomodulation therapy.
    • If you use steroid injections or steroids orally, you need to wait 14 days before treatment.
  • Is infrared light therapy safe?

Infrared therapy technology allows you to harness the benefits of the sun, without being

    exposed to harmful ultraviolet rays.

Infrared therapy is safe and effective, without adverse side effects. It's even used for infants in neonatal intensive care.

Make sure to discuss any concerns with your practitioner before treatment.

  • Is frequency-specific microcurrent therapy safe?

In general, frequency-specific microcurrent treatment is non-invasive and painless. The currents used are so low that you may not feel them. During treatment, you might feel a warmth or softening of the affected tissues.

  • Are there any situations when frequency-specific microcurrent should not be used?

Don't receive treatment if you have the following:

    • Pacemakers
    • Implanted pumps
    • Pregnant
    • Uncontrolled seizures

Make sure you discuss these concerns with your practitioner before treatment.

  • What is the Energy Enhancement System “EESystem”?

The Energy Enhancement System with scalar technology produces zero-point energy that is clinically proven to stimulate cell regeneration, immune function, and neurotransmitter function, to name just a few benefits.

This Energy Enhancement System produces multiple bio-active health-promoting energy fields, including scalar waves, as well as bio-photonic fusion, pulsed electromagnetic fields, hydro-bifurcation, dense intentional fields, and direct interfacing with the DNA.

  • What can you expect?

Before the start of an EES session, you will receive a short introduction about what to expect during & after the EES session. You will also receive advice on detox (detoxification) after the session. Then you can take a seat and relax on our zero-gravity chairs (or bed during a night session). If desired, we can explain the technology and how it works on the body. You can let the stress slide off you, recharge, and enjoy! When the session time is over, we will give a signal a few minutes in advance; you do not have to worry about the time.

  • How do you feel during an EESession?

Each EESystem session is unique and varies from individual to individual and from one visit to the next. Therefore, it is difficult to give a concrete answer. However, what most people who visit an EESystem center agree on is that it is a positive and relaxing experience!

Many have expressed their amazement at how their brains “shut down” and how deeply relaxed they feel after just a few minutes. Often, people even fall asleep, even though they don’t normally nap during the day. Some people experience a subtle tingling sensation immediately upon entering the room, while others experience a specific sensation throughout the session. This sensation can start in one part of the body and move to another, eventually circulating throughout the entire body.

  • Are the results from my EESession permanent?

The effects of staying in the energy field are usually cumulative. The more sessions you take, the more your cells and your body can evolve to a healthy millivolt level. The EESystem creates an optimal energy field that allows your body to “repair itself” (self-healing capacity). The duration of the effects varies from person to person. A healthy lifestyle will positively influence this process.

  • What are Scalar fields?

A Scalar field is known as a fifth-dimensional non-linear field. Scalar fields exist out of relative time and space; thus, they do not decay over time or distance from their source. They are unbounded and capable of passing through solid matter.

The human body has crystalline structures in every cell wall that are capable of holding a charge. When the human body enters a Scalar field, the electromagnetic field of the individual becomes excited. EESystem uses Scalar technology to return the body to a more original and appropriate electrical matrix.

  • What are the side effects of scalar energy?

Temporary detox symptoms, such as headaches or muscle aches, may occur after the first sessions. These symptoms usually subside as the body adjusts. A scalar energy session is generally experienced as peaceful and relaxing, with many people finding it to be a meditative experience. Some people feel the effects immediately, while others may need a few sessions.

Drinking plenty of water and taking detox (salt) baths helps stimulate detoxification.

  • How many EESessions do I need?

Everyone’s body is unique and will respond differently to the scalar energy. Healing often occurs on multiple levels. It will likely not be a one-and-done process. The body is exposed to stress and toxins while on Earth. How many sessions you need depends on the person; their health, financial situation, or if you want to experience something new. If you want to try the EESystem, you can come in for a 1-hour session to see what it feels like.

As a guideline, Dr. Sandra Rose Micheal recommends 20 hours as a starting point for anyone looking to improve their cellular charge (establish a baseline), even if you are as fit as a fiddle.

The EESystem is a tool in the energy recovery process. The more support the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual body receives, the greater the impact will be.
